Berries are always such a treat. Bursting with flavours, berries are great to eat on their own but it’s even better in a good pie!
What can be more perfect on a lazy summer Sunday than the goodness of a berry galette?
Galette is basically a free form pie – very charmingly rustic. In this case, we don’t have to worry about a pie pan – just roll the dough, put in some berries and place it in the oven.
How to make this Berry Galette easier:
No time to make the pie? An easier way is buying frozen pastry from the grocery and use that as your crust. Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place your berries in the centre. You can also cut the puff pastry into desired shape and size. Fold all the sides inwards and bake.
