A great example of this is Sweet Box, a popular crepe store in the Shibuya district of Tokyo. Unlike savoury crepes, Sweet Box Japanese crepes use fresh fruits smothered in cream and topped with ice cream wrapped in a cone of sweet crepe batter. Also they don’t serve it on a plate, it’s wrapped into a nice cone for easy transportation.

Sweet Box calls walking Takeshita St. whilst eating Japanese crepes Harajuku Style.

Everyone who buys Japanese crepes from Sweet Box eats it this way, basically because if you wait too long, the ice cream will melt.

HOW DOES SWEET BOX MAKE ITS CREPES?

The final step would be to assemble the Japanese crepe for serving: it wrapped nice and neat by hand and served to the customer with a flourish!
